GALLERY BIOGRAPHY OF PAUL Sommaripa
BIOGRAPHY, the artist's life
Each work is the result of a large unconscious processing, feelings and impressions formed from buying anything and take blood-So says his passion for art, passion began as a boy, which led him to join in ' 74, on the first art school in Via di Ripetta in Rome, where he attended the lectures of Guelph, a descendant of the metaphysical school of Giorgio De Chirico. It 's a metaphysical and surreal world that translates onto the canvas, original works, full of signs, sometimes disturbing, sometimes with scenes full of symbols and figures out of their usual context, intensely engaging. Despite the surrealism of Dali and the metaphysics of De Chirico, Paul Sommaripa has found its pictorial dimension, say, his location, his expressive language, he does so "distinguished" in the large group of contemporary artists successful. His is a painting that communicates emotions, which, without limitation, is alive and come to life, an impact of color and scenery out of time, as if they were "unreal world" and at the same time "real views." Certainly it is a pure artist, his work reflected a deep breath, expressive, and gives rise to the dialogue in the soul which, through visual perception, it helps to cross the boundaries of imagination. Each painting is a message, each one is contained in a history, the profound complexity of man, his impact with the elements, animals, cats, columns, empty squares, the lights, the hot stones from the sun, long shadows. "The visions of Paul Sommaripa", so the half-page headline the daily La Province, with an article by Fosca Hills for 30 years the Master of Arts < …Sono trascorsi 30 anni durante i quali non si è mai lasciato condizionare dalle mode del momento; 30 anni che sono stati caratterizzati dal suo stile, attingendo alla sua grande ed inesauribile “vena” surrealista. In 1994, donates a painting of the Madonna with floating islands, "the Pontiff Pope John Paul II, in the church of S. Maria Janua Coeli in Rome ... You are going places! .. said the Holy Father shaking his hand. La testimonianza surreale di Paolo Sommaripa – noted art critic Anthony Oberti - weaves a story infinitely precious and amazing, with everything that the artist's emotional and hides where each composition takes stock of its visual emotions. In January 2003, Sommaripa gives the church of Saint Anthony in the Santa Palomba "Sweet Mother." Recently he is working on large works, which implies a return of the metaphysical landscape. "It 's a pure, believes that a great artist to universal values \u200b\u200bof art .." writes art critic Fattino Germans. Paul Sommaripa is officially recognized in major catalogs of Art, his works in private collections throughout Italy, in Rome, Milan, Naples, Turin ... in Europe and America, each work is a safe investment and a common heritage.
